1. Booking Responsibility

Provide accurate information (identity, number of guests) and respect all booking conditions.

2. Payments

All payments must be made through the platform. Off-platform payments are strictly prohibited.

3. Property Respect

Treat the property with care. Damage, theft, or misuse is not tolerated.

4. House Rules

Follow the host's rules (noise, smoking, pets, etc.). Violations may lead to cancellation without refund.

5. Check-in / Check-out

Respect agreed times. Late departure may incur additional fees.

6. Behavior

• No illegal activities
• Respect neighbors and local regulations

7. Issues & Complaints

Report problems immediately through the platform. Do not wait until after checkout.

8. Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. The platform is not responsible for host actions in rental cases.
