Refund Policy – Nomadly Morocco Platform

This Refund Policy applies to all users booking through the Nomadly Morocco Platform. By making a booking, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Scope
This policy applies to:
- Real Estate Rentals – Bookings made through the platform connecting property owners ("Hosts") and clients ("Guests"). Nomadly Morocco acts solely as an intermediary.
- Travel Organization Services – Bookings of tours, stays, or packages directly provided by Nomadly Morocco.
2. Real Estate Rental Refunds
Nomadly Morocco applies a uniform cancellation and refund policy for all properties listed on the platform. Hosts cannot define their own policy.

Notes:
- Refunds are issued after the guest cancels the booking.
- The refund amount depends solely on the cancellation date relative to the check-in date.
- This policy may be updated in the future.
3. Travel Organization Services Refunds
- Bookings for tours or packages provided directly by Nomadly Morocco follow the same cancellation schedule as above, unless specified otherwise at the time of booking.
- Refund eligibility is determined by the date of cancellation relative to the service start date.
4. Refund Process
- Guests submit a cancellation request via the platform.
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- No-shows
- Voluntary early departures
- Services already started or completed
Nomadly Morocco may make exceptions in extraordinary circumstances at its discretion.
