Nomadly Morocco provides:
- Real Estate Rental Services: Connecting property owners with guests for short-term or long-term stays.
- Travel Organization Services: Offering curated trips, accommodation, transportation, and activities organized by Nomadly Morocco.
The Platform acts as an intermediary for property rentals and as a service provider for travel organization.
2. User Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms of Service.
3. Account Registration
- Users must create an account to make bookings or list properties.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account.
4. Bookings and Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and the Platform's booking process.
- Payments are processed securely via our payment provider (e.g., PayPal).
- Nomadly Morocco does not hold user funds for third parties beyond the payment process.
6. Property Listings
- All property listings are managed by the Platform or verified hosts.
- Users must provide accurate information about the property.
- Nomadly Morocco reserves the right to remove any listing that violates policies or applicable law.
7. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Post fraudulent, illegal, or harmful content.
- Violate intellectual property rights.
- Use the Platform to harass, harm, or mislead others.
- Attempt to disrupt the Platform or access unauthorized data.
8. Intellectual Property
- All Platform content (text, images, videos, logos, software) is the property of Nomadly Morocco or its partners.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt content without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nomadly Morocco provides the Platform "as is." The Platform is not liable for:
- Property quality, safety, or condition
- Travel service outcomes
- Third-party disputes or damages
Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Termination
- Nomadly Morocco may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms of Service.
- Users may terminate their accounts by contacting support; pending bookings must be completed or canceled according to the refund policy.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by Moroccan law.
- Any dispute will be resolved by Moroccan courts unless otherwise required by applicable law.
12. Changes to Terms
- Nomadly Morocco may update these Terms at any time.
- Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
